Yes - all the LVP, LVT, and sheet vinyl we sell is 100% waterproof. You can mop it, spill on it, and install it in basements and bathrooms without issue - including basements prone to spring dampness.
LVP is waterproof; [laminate](/laminate-flooring) is not. LVP is softer and quieter underfoot. Laminate is slightly more scratch-resistant on the surface. For most rooms, LVP wins.
Often yes - if the grout lines aren't too deep and the tile is solidly bonded. We'll assess during the [in-home estimate](/free-estimate) and either install directly or skim-coat to level the surface first.
Quality LVP with a UV-protected wear layer holds its color for decades. Cheaper builder-grade vinyl in a south-facing room can fade in a few years - one reason a premium shop like London Flooring Canada doesn't sell the bottom of the market.
