There's a new name behind flooring projects across the Greater London area this year, but the standard it's built on isn't new at all. London Flooring Canada is launching with one goal: bring 37 years of family flooring heritage directly to your door, with the samples, the advice, and the honest quote all happening right in your own home.

Who Was Herbie Holden?

Herbert "Herbie" Holden arrived in Canada as an Irish immigrant who worked hard for everything he had - time on the fishing boats, years driving a bread truck - before he ever picked up a tape measure for a living. When he moved into flooring, he brought that same blue-collar work ethic with him, and in 1989 he built a small business on a simple idea: measure the job right, price it honestly, and never leave a floor that you wouldn't put in your own house. Homeowners across Southwestern Ontario noticed, and the Holden name became known for exactly that kind of craftsmanship.

A Family Standard, Carried Forward

Today, the Holden family is bringing that standard forward as London Flooring Canada. We're a new, independent company - but the values behind it aren't new: heritage, integrity, family, and craftsmanship, all wrapped around the same promise Herbie made back in 1989. • A Design Consultant brings full-size samples of carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and laminate right into your space.
• You see how each option looks against your own lighting, walls, and furniture - not a showroom display.
• We measure the room carefully and hand you one complete, honest quote before we leave.

What We Install

London Flooring Canada offers the five flooring categories homeowners ask for most: carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, and laminate, plus removal, repair, and commercial flooring services. We also offer financing on approved credit - see our financing options if you'd rather spread a project out over time.
