Step 1: Book a Time That Works for You
Everything starts with scheduling your free in-home estimate. Tell us a bit about your project - which rooms, roughly how much space, and any flooring types you're already leaning toward - and we'll set a time that fits your schedule, evenings and weekends included.
Step 2: We Bring the Showroom to Your Door
A Design Consultant arrives with full-size samples across whichever categories interest you: carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, or laminate. Seeing samples against your actual walls, cabinets, and lighting makes a real difference - a color that looks great under store lighting can read completely differently once it's in your living room.
Step 3: Careful Measurements
Once you've narrowed down a direction, we measure every room being considered, account for stairs, transitions, and any tricky layouts, and note the condition of your existing subfloor. This is also when we'll flag anything that needs attention before installation - old flooring removal, subfloor repairs, or moisture concerns - so nothing shows up as a surprise later.
Step 4: One Complete, Honest Quote
Before we leave, you get one itemized price covering materials, labor, prep, removal of your old floor, and cleanup. No "labor variance fees" added after the fact - the price you hear is the price you pay.
